Samantha Williams
Heyfields Cottages Registered Manager

Hi, I’m Samantha Williams, the proud Registered Manager of Heyfield’s Cottage, a bustling children’s residential home. Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of three and a doting grandmother—a role I’ve embraced with absolute joy! When I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll often find me immersed in a gripping crime documentary or getting lost in the pages of a great book—I’m an avid reader with an insatiable love for storytelling.
I’ve been part of the Excel and Emerge Therapeutic Solutions family since January 2024, but my journey in children’s residential care spans over nine years. This field has always been more than just a career for me—it’s a calling. I am deeply passionate about the impact we make in the lives of young people, guiding and preparing them to face the challenges and opportunities of the wider world with confidence and resilience.
As the Home’s Manager, I take immense pride in ensuring the highest standards of care, welfare, and safety for the young people we support. My role is not just about overseeing day-to-day operations; it’s about fostering a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered. I am also dedicated to upholding the practice and ethos of our organization, ensuring these principles are embedded in everything we do at Heyfield’s Cottage.
I’m incredibly fortunate to lead a team of 12 exceptional individuals who share my passion for making a difference. Together, we work tirelessly to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that allows each young person to thrive. Whether it’s through small daily interactions or major milestones, our mission is to help shape a brighter future for the children in our care.
It’s a privilege to be part of their journey—and to play a role in shaping the next chapter of their lives.

Hannah Pritchard
Alexandra House Home Manager

Hi, I’m Hannah, Homes Manager at Alexandra House, a warm and supportive children’s residential home in Crewe. I joined the home in January 2025 as Deputy Manager and stepped into the Registered Manager role in April 2025. I feel incredibly proud to lead such a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to provide the best possible care for the young people we support.
At Alexandra House, we provide a nurturing, therapeutic home in Crewe. Our core aim is to offer a safe, consistent, and emotionally supportive environment where every child feels secure, heard, and valued. We focus on building trusting relationships and creating the right conditions for healing, growth, and positive change.
We work closely with external professionals to ensure each young person receives tailored, holistic support that meets their individual needs. Our approach is centred on helping every child develop the confidence, resilience, and skills they need to reach their goals and move forward in life with a strong sense of self and purpose.
I’ve worked with children and young people for over eight years, including several years supporting children with special educational needs in school settings. For the past four years, I’ve been in children’s residential care—an area I’m truly passionate about. I’m committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where every young person feels valued, understood, and empowered to grow and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and taking every chance I can to travel and recharge. Whether it’s a weekend away or a longer break, I find it’s a great way to stay refreshed and ready to give my all to the young people in our care.
